Telegraaf Media Group N.V. (TMG) is the largest
media group in the Netherlands
and occupies leading market positions in the newspapers, magazines, puzzle magazines, online media and radio. TMG produces the leading national dailies De Telegraaf and Sp!ts, making it the

for a broad readership and partly with magazines intended for specific target
groups. With regard to the radio market, TMG holds
an interest in Sky Radio Group, which is the market leader among the commercial
radio stations.
TMG is also becoming increasingly active in
new, often digital forms of media via the Internet, mobile telephone,
narrowcasting and those involving combinations of various media (cross media).
Through its interests in ProSiebenSat.
1 Media AG and Expomedia Group plc, TMG has internationally established a market
position in radio and television, as well as in trade fairs and events.
Outside of the Netherlands, TMG is also
active in Belgium, France, Denmark, Sweden and Ukraine, partly in the form of
multi-media publishing houses directed at broad or specific target groups, and
partly in specialised niche markets, such as puzzle booklets.
